Designed in a pro-touring style, this Camaro went through a full body restoration, major metal work, custom chassis conversion, upgraded suspension, modern brakes, custom wheels, full paintwork, and complete final assembly.Power comes from a 2013 Camaro ZL1-sourced 6.2L LSA supercharged V8, giving this classic Camaro modern muscle car performance with the sound and response to match. The donor engine had approximately 31,000 miles and was installed with the complete engine package, including harness, ECM, pedal assembly, and supporting components. It is paired with a 6-speed manual transmission, custom driveshaft, March pulley system, and PSI wiring/support components.The foundation of the build is a Street Rod Garage custom chassis built specifically for a 1970 Camaro. The chassis features CAD-designed and CNC-cut frame components, an SRG X-brace inner truss system, hot rolled P&O steel construction, and powder-coated finish. The body was mated to the custom chassis, giving the car a much stronger, more modern platform than the original factory setup.Suspension and stopping power were upgraded to match the performance, with Ridetech shocks, a pro-touring suspension setup, and a Wilwood brake system. The stance is completed with custom Schott Performance Wheels, measuring 19x8 up front and 20x11 in the rear, giving the car an aggressive and polished appearance.The body restoration was extensive.
